Shipping

First and most importantly, everything you see on our website ships free in the US. The last thing we want is for you to stumble across a steal and get sticker shock at checkout that our price doesn't include shipping. That's just not how we roll!


With that said, when you browse our website, you'll notice that each item and deal may have a few different shipping methods. This is because we partner with a variety of quality brands and manufacturers, and each company has different shipping preferences.


  • If you don't see a "Location" on a product page: this item ships directly to your doorstep for free!

  • "MN Home Outlet - Burnsville" location: this option is for curbside pick-up at our Burnsville store (read more here).

  • "MN Home Outlet - Coon Rapids" location: this option is for curbside pick-up at our Coon Rapids store (read more here).

  • "MN Home Outlet - Woodbury" location: this option is for curbside pick-up at our Woodbury store (read more here).


Shipping Lead Times

Most of the items we offer ship within 1-2 business days. We will email you as soon as we have shipping and tracking info. If an item takes a little longer to ship, we will specify that lead time under the "Availability" section on the product page. We want to make sure you know exactly when your item is expected to arrive at your doorstep or one of our stores.

Returns

We want you to boldly browse and shop with swagger, so every online item can be returned within 30 days of your order. In order to receive your full refund, all returned items must be in new/unused condition and returned with all accessories and parts securely packaged in their original packaging. Please note that a return shipping fee may apply (grab your favorite beverage and keep reading).

Return Fees

Any new/unused items under 50 pounds can be returned at no additional cost. For items over 50 pounds, a return shipping fee of $20 will apply.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will then figure out the appropriate solution based on the shipping carrier and/or manufacturer's warranty. In most cases, a return/replacement will be set-up or the manufacturer will send the parts to repair your item.

 

Exchanges & Refunds

Any returned items are inspected within 2 business days of receipt. Any exchanges, refunds or credits will be issued immediately upon inspection. Most refunds or credits are based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 days following the receipt of returned items for any credit or refund to display in your account.
