Where do you get your inventory?

Awesome question. We get most of our inventory direct from major retailers, from home improvement stores to your favorite big box retailers. They send us truckloads of overstock, closeout and returned inventory almost every day. We then process the inventory to find the best products and deals and pass along the savings to you (up to 90% off retail)! We also source and manufacturer our own products to save you even more money. Pretty sweet, right?

Can I return or exchange an item/purchase?

We encourage all of our customers to inspect their items before making a purchase. As a result, we only accept returns or exchanges on defective items within 14 days of your purchase. All of our TVs carry a 90-day defective warranty. A defective item is malfunctioning and non- operational. This does not include cosmetically damaged items (dents, scratches, etc.) or items with missing parts or components that aren't critical to it functioning properly.

Can I look at your inventory online?

Due to the nature of our fast-moving inventory, condition grades, and our committment to allowing customers to inspect items, it's tough for us to display an accurate quantity online.
